The Financial Analyst will report to a very seasoned VP of Finance who has a very modern and flexible approach to work-life balance and tackling large projects.
This newly created position will own the budgeting, forecasting and KPI processes for 2 key entities of the organization. The Financial Analyst will work directly with key functional leaders and executives across the organization w/ the opportunity to present findings and suggestions on a monthly basis. This is NOT a Financial Analyst who hides in a cubical and pushes meaningless reports each month.

The ideal candidates will bring:
• 3+ Years of Financial Analyst Experience
• Industry experience from Senior Living / Nursing Home, Healthcare, Behavioral Health, IDD (Intellectual and Development Disabilities), OR Government is a PLUS!!!
• This position will be executive facing and require strong communications skills and relationship building so an enthusiastic personality is key!
• BS Degree in Accounting or Finance is ideal but all relevant experience is considered
