Essential Functions:
• Supports assigned branch location with operational task
• Partners with Field leadership and Industrial Engineer to implement operations and systems changes
• Owns the training and execution for new systems and process rollouts.
• Identifies process gaps at the branch level, providing recommendations to leadership to resolve.
• Deploys to branches outside of assigned locations to support inventories, branch relocations, branch resets, and provide “hyper-care” (i.e., sales increases, staffing and/or service challenges)
• May act as back-up for key branch level leadership roles
• Other duties, as assigned
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse operations role working independently with a proving track record
Preferences:
• 2+ years’ training, preferred
Pay Range for CA, CO, HI, NJ, NY, DC, IL, or WA: $58,100.00 – $96,900.00 annually
