Position Overview
We are looking for motivated individuals to fill multiple Landscape Maintenance Technician positions at Williams Creek, a fast-growing company. No college or technical degree is required for the Field Technician role.
Position Details
• Location: Greater Indianapolis with projects in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky
• Start Date: Immediate
• Hours: 40-50 hours per week, weekdays only
• Hourly Rate: Based on experience with overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate plus per diem

Responsibilities
As Landscape Maintenance Technicians, you will support Team Leaders/Crew Foreman in completing project objectives. Daily tasks may include:
• Lawn/landscape, hardscape, or groundskeeping
• Operating maintenance equipment safely and efficiently
• Reading and understanding herbicide labels and blueprints
• Setting up herbicide rigs
• General equipment maintenance
• Plant species knowledge (native, ornamental, and invasive)
• Equipment operation for grading and installation
• Mulch, stone, and compost installation
• Sediment control device installation
• Invasive species management
• Green infrastructure projects
Requirements
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and lift items up to 50lbs
• Minimum age of 18
• Passion for outdoor work and learning
• Relevant experience in landscape, agriculture, or equipment operation is beneficial
