Position Summary:
This position involves performing routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment including vacuum pumps, recovery equipment, liquid pumps, and facility equipment. The individual may also be tasked with assembling various equipment and troubleshooting for needed repairs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Install and maintain plant machinery.
• Perform routine/preventative maintenance on plant equipment and machines.
• Replace or repair parts for effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot problems with equipment and machinery.
• Keep and update maintenance logs for the plant.
• Perform a variety of plumbing, electrical, and welding work depending on plant needs.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work area.
• Assist in plant production when duties have been fulfilled.
• Work as a team with plant personnel.
• Be flexible regarding work schedule, open to working overtime as needed.
• Any other duties assigned by Plant Manager.
Required Skills:
• Electrical experience required and ability to work with 120v – 208v – 460v.
• Welding ability preferred (Mig wire welder, tig welding, stick welding).
• Solder and brazing ability with pipe.
• HVAC refrigerant background preferred.
Education and Experience:
• 1-2 years work experience; previous maintenance experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
Compensation details: 24-26 Hourly Wage
