GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for a wide range of advanced, diverse, and confidential strategic business and administrative duties in a C-Suite environment requiring sound business management, technical and communication/interpersonal skills. The Executive Business Partner (EBP) will work closely with the President/COO and other senior leaders to implement strategic initiatives and drive organizational success. This role requires a high level of business acumen, project management skills, and the ability to manage complex relationships both internally and externally. The EBP acts as a strategic advisor and confidant to the President/COO, ensuring that the executive’s time is maximized and that organizational goals are met efficiently. The sensitivity of this position requires confidentiality in all services and functions provided, with moderate authority to exercise independent judgement and resolve problems in order to achieve company objectives.
Support will be given in a way that is professional and cohesive with the mission and vision of the organization, and in line with The High Philosophy. Under limited supervision, this position provides diverse administrative, analytical, and personal support by performing a wide range of routine and non-routine duties concurrently with ease and professionalism. Individual will be confident, proactive, flexible, and adaptable in daily activities. This position relies on broad experience and sound judgement to plan and accomplish goals in a timely, professional, and confidential manner. This position supports Executives who work both in the office and remotely.
Responsibilities also include tasks as assigned by the Executive Assistant/Office Manager that promote achievement of company objectives.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, communications, or a complimentary field is required. Three to five years of progressive business or administrative experience is preferred, with a minimum of three years in a C-Suite environment. One to three years’ supervisory experience preferred. The position requires:
• Advanced level of understanding of Microsoft Office software, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Excellent organization skills with ability to multi-task and keep others on task
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must have ability to analyze and synthesize information / data concisely
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are imperative
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, corporate/C-Suite environment

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports directly to the President/COO of High Industries, Inc. Performs day-to-day functions for the President/COO of High Industries, and Chief Strategy Officer of High Company, LLC, as well provides support to the High Industries, Inc leadership team and Corporate Marketing Manager. Serves as a member of the High Company’s executive support team.

• Strategic Support:
• Partner with the President/COO to execute strategic initiatives and manage key projects.
• Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of business strategies.

• Oversee and manage special projects and initiatives from inception to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Track project progress and report on outcomes to senior leadership.
• Communication Management:
• Draft, review, and manage communications on behalf of the President/COO.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication between the President/COO and other executives, coworkers, and external partners.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including coworkers, clients, and partners.
• Act as a liaison between the President/COO and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Represent the President/COO in meetings and events as needed.
• Operational Efficiency:
• * Optimize the President/COO’s schedule and manage their calendar to ensure efficient use of time.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (DETAILED VIEW):
Fundamental job requirements which an individual must be able to perform in order to accomplish the basic duties of the job.
• Manage extremely active business and personal calendar/schedule of Executive Team members to ensure the executive is operating efficiently; perform functions that do not require their direct attention and attempt to keep their time as uncluttered as possible; research and collect information necessary to facilitate decision-making, both by assignment and as required. Exercise flexibility and confidentiality in all tasks.
• Manage multiple, diverse assignments simultaneously and with attention to detail. Prepare documents including but not limited to PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets. Compile and organize information to compose, prepare, and edit correspondence. Coordinate, schedule, prepare agendas, prepare meeting materials, and take minutes for senior management-level meetings/committees. Follow-up on action items, as required.
• Attend meetings on behalf of the PRESIDENT/COO, taking detailed notes and ensuring a thorough understanding of key takeaways.
• Prepare communications and communicate on behalf of the PRESIDENT/COO and provide assistance to the HII senior leaders.
• Working with both the Chief Strategy Officer and PRESIDENT/COO, find and analyze information/data from both within the company and external sources. Determine insights and key takeaways. Arrange, prepare and present findings and insights in succinct manner.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders at all High companies to develop and maintain trust.
• Organize, analyze, prioritize and condense information going into and out of executive management’s office.
• Responsible for ensuring President/COO is scheduled to attend key events and regular in-person meetings throughout the HII companies. Maintains sightlines to goings on at SBUs, ensuring awareness to GMAs, special tours, customer visits, and other special events.
• Track and maintain roster of salaried personnel including new adds and losses.
• Prepares President/COO to attend upcoming meetings including, as necessary, researching companies and people prior to meeting.
• Organize leadership offsite meetings as required.
• Manage commitments to outside organizations, including travel arrangements, meeting arrangements, and/or special projects, as needed.
• Manage internal meeting arrangements, including coordination of scheduling with all attendees, room reservations, virtual meeting connection, meal and/or beverage service arrangements, etc. Assure that executives have relevant files and are prepared for meetings and travel.
• Interact with all levels of the organization on behalf of senior management. Maintain complete confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive information.
• Process and maintain expense reports for executives, and process and properly code invoices for approval.
• Coordinate and maintain collection of photos from all business units highlighting current projects and activities.
• Maintain a comprehensive and current knowledge of organizational structure, personnel, and their functions within the organization.
• Schedule departmental meetings, and coordinate monthly reports as needed.
• Participate as a collaborative member of the Executive Support Team, recognizing the importance of the team concept as adopted by High. Provide back-up and general workflow for Executive Administrative Team members. Assist with execution and coordination of special events, as requested. Attend company functions, as required. Demonstrate a customer service approach to tasks and support.
