Our client, a growing Venture Capital Firm, is looking to hire a star Executive Assistant to support 2-3 Partners. This role consists of typical EA duties such as calendar, travel, expenses, project work, etc. This is an incredible opportunity for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience to support a growing and dynamic office. This role is in the office 3x a week.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Strategically manage the Partners’ time with respect to the organization’s priorities, goals, and objectives. This includes understanding important initiatives and managing calendars accordingly• Manage sensitive, highly confidential and proprietary information with discretion and confidentiality• Prepare Executives for team meetings, client presentations, and events• Coordinate important meetings with team members throughout the organization• Arrange and coordinate travel schedules, both domestic and international and all logistics• Plan internal events, dinners, etc.• Ad hoc projects as neededREQUIREMENTS:• 3-5 years experience as an Assistant• Candidate must excel at working in a team environment as well as independently• Must present a high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication• Proud culture carrier upholds company values and standards• Strong problem-solving skills and reasoning to solve administrative issues• Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner• Ability to learn the executives’ primary business objectives and through this understanding anticipate administrative needs of the executives• Experience in managing multiple concurrent tasks and meeting rigid deadlines• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G-Suite• High level of organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail• Demonstrated ability to anticipate the needs of othersSALARY:$100-125K (DOE) + discretionary bonus + 100% covered Health, Dental and Vision + generous (7 weeks) PTO and other great perksHOURS:8:30am-5:30pm + flexibility for OT as needed#IND1
