The Executive Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Director of Operations & Strategy for The Innovation Foundation at Oklahoma State University. This position will support and manage the day-to-day operational functions of the Senior Vice-President of System Operations and the Executive Director of The Innovation Foundation and other leaders as assigned.

Position Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School/GED
Seven years of progressive administrative support experience, with three years of administrative support to a director level or above required.
Post-secondary Education May Substitute For Years Of Required Experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
A minimum of 3-5 years of executive (C-suite) level administrative experience; (asset to understand university systems, venture capital firms, law offices or fortune 500 companies)
Proficient in Microsoft Suite programs & project management software.
