Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Manager, Event Marketing to manage and produce Procore’s Third Party Event Marketing strategy, planning and execution. In this role, you’ll manage the individuals of the Third Party Event Marketing team and the third party tier 1 and tier 2 trade shows.Successful candidates have strong event marketing knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and passion for organization and processes that will contribute to the success of our programs. This position reports into our Director of Event Marketing and has the opportunity to be based in our headquarters in Carpinteria or Alameda, CA, Austin, TX or remote.What you’ll do:• Develop a global third party event sponsorship strategy that ladders up to corporate strategy• Drive all event sponsorship decisions for Tier 1 & 2 events, with inputs from regional Field Marketing teams, Partner teams and Strategic Marketing team• Manage two event producers and subsequent global vendors and agencies to execute a global event strategy for third party events• Manage the trade show event budget• Manage third party events Salesforce Dashboards and track ROI on quarterly basis• Drive the event strategy, management and production of both Tier 1 and Tier 2 Trade shows• Drive creation of self service models, toolkits and “events in a box” for Tier 3 and Tier 4 trade shows — resulting in operational efficiencyWhat we’re looking for:• 10+ years of experience in event production• 4+ years of experience as a manager• Effective communication across multiple channels with both internal and external stakeholders• Ability to proactively anticipate obstacles and create solutions• Knowledge and/or previous experience tracking event ROI with Salesforce dashboards/reports• Proven success in cross-functional project and people management• Possess a strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment• Passion for new technology, improving the lives of those in the construction industry, and event marketing• Certified Meeting Professional Certification is a plusAdditional InformationBase Pay Range $113,560 – $156,145.
