We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and providing administrative support to various team members.
Pay: $21.50 – $32.00 per hour
Job: Onsite – Full time
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements.
• Assist in preparing and organizing documents for meetings and presentations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members via phone, email, and in-person.
• Conduct research and compile data for reports as needed.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all required materials are available.
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and office organization.
• Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
