Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) Role Description:
An Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at Iron Key Capital is a unique and transformative opportunity for dedicated entrepreneurs who are passionate about mastering the founder craft. This is a 3 month remote contract role. Iron Key has built its own AI for various internal workflows and is considering options to externalize some of its components as a service offering to clients. Iron Key has successfully incubated a product in the venture infrastructure space(with external funding secured), and we are looking for a technical co-founder and/or EIR to take this product to market. We are building out own AI at Iron Key, and are looking to externalize that software in the form of software based consulting and/or standalone software products. We are recruiting an EIR with hands-on AI experience with a Q3- A4 2024 start date.
Responsibilities:
Innovation and Ideation: Bring your own business idea or be selected to develop a company and product incubated by Iron Key.
Startup Development: Lead the creation and growth of innovative startups from ideation to market launch.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure the successful launch and scaling of new ventures.
Mentorship and Learning: Engage in continuous learning and mentorship to refine your entrepreneurial skills and knowledge.
Resource Management: Efficiently manage resources, including budget, team, and technology, to drive the venture’s success.
Networking: Build and leverage a robust network of industry contacts, investors, and potential partners.
Requirements:
Proven track record as an entrepreneur with at least one startup failure and a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem.
Strong desire to learn and master the craft of founding and growing a successful startup.
Ability to think creatively and bring innovative solutions to market.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to pivot and adapt to changing market conditions and challenges.
Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
web3 or AI experience is a must
