We are looking for a Tech Lead for a fast growing start up SaaS company (pre-seed) that leverages AI to automate finance and operations workflows for enterprise-level, CPG businesses globally.
In this role, you will make architectural decisions that define the company’s platform, mentor engineering team, and remain hands-on in the design, development, and deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor the engineering team, providing both technical and product-focused guidance.
• Architect and build scalable, user-centric systems, prioritizing the delivery of features that enhance user experience.
• Own the end-to-end development process, ensuring new features meet quality standards and deadlines.
Qualifications
• 7+ years of full-stack experience, focusing on leadership and architectural design.
• Proven track record of driving technical projects from inception to completion.
• Experience with any of the following technologies: TypeScript, NestJS, Next.js, and PostgreSQL.
• SaaS start up experience
