The EVMS Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing executable cost and schedule baseline plans. The EV Analyst also monitors project performance and ensures that these systems comply with customer and company requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Understanding Earned Value Management Systems, project planning and scheduling, risk management, and program management.
• IMonitor and report performance against plans, collaborating closely with Program Chiefs, VSLs, and CAMs to reconcile cost and schedule.
• Develop and maintain work breakdown structures and project schedules for program capability deliveries.
• Planning, analyzing, and assessing project cost and schedule performance.
• Ensure the integrity of data included in performance reports and estimates at completion.
• Tracks plans and schedules, solicits regular updates, and identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilizes milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances
• Able to use MS Project to develop integrated schedules and logic networks
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to facilitate a decision-making process.
• Ability to create and generate standard reports and metrics and interpret them across functional boundaries.
Experience/Qualifications Needed:
• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and a minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 2 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience utilizing MS PROJECT
• Experience using EVMS (earned value) Metrics
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience developing metrics that assist sr. leadership in decision-making on resources and AOP
• Experience performing scheduling process root cause analysis, defining and implementing corrective action
• EVMS compliance Knowledge, including familiarity with the EVMS 32 Criteria Guidelines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Degree in accounting, finance, engineering, or business
• Aerospace experience

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD – 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
