Position Overview:
We are seeking a Cyber Security Technical Lead to join the Endpoint Security team within the Information Security Engineering department of the Information Technology Division. The Tech Lead is responsible for providing leadership, guidance and technical support for multiple endpoint security tools. The Tech Lead will have the opportunity to lead Security Engineers and provide technical guidance and direction. Read on to learn more about this exciting opportunity!

Your Impact:
You will lead the development and delivery of our technical solutions related to Endpoint Security. You will build, develop, and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, and vendors to formulate remediation solutions for issues related with Information Security.
Qualifications:
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in IT Security
• 3-5+ years of leadership experience, preferably as a tech lead for multiple security efforts required
• Familiar with industry security regulations and frameworks (MITRE Attack Framework, CIS CSC, and SOX Compliance etc.)
• Familiar with change management activities and CAB routines.
• 3-5+ years of experience in administration of security tools .
• An understanding of Endpoint Protection, File Integrity Monitoring, Data Loss Prevention, Security Configuration Management, Database Activity Monitoring, Data Masking, Malware Isolation, SaaS security solutions and cloud client security.
• Working knowledge of network ports, protocols and firewalls
• Working knowledge of cloud security for AWS, GCP etc.
• An understanding of HIPS clients and firewall rules and settings.
• Needs to be organized and have the capability to multitask by working multiple problems, tasks and still seeing tasks through to closure working with all type of endpoint technologies.
• Must have experience working on physical and virtual appliances. Configurations, Linux and Network commands
• Python and Powershell scripting experience
• Security Certifications preferred

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $144,000 – $216,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
