Who we are at BluePearl Clearwater, FL:
• Our 16,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days a year.
• On-site diagnostic and treatment capabilities include a CT scanner, linear, endoscopy, ultrasound, echocardiograms, digital radiography, many in-house laboratory blood machines, and a large capacity centrifuge to assist in keeping our blood products on supply and for our partner locations and referring communities.
• Skilled technicians to facilitate an efficient service with high quality of care.
• More than 46 emergency and board-certified or board-eligible veterinarians on staff, creating a strong collaborative atmosphere to provide the best in diagnostic and comprehensive service.
• Our clinicians specialize in avian and exotic medicine, cardiology, dermatology, emergency & critical care, internal medicine, oncology, ophthalmology, and surgery.
• Offering a rotating internship program and residency opportunities.
• BluePearl provides our technicians the opportunity to grow and teach others and we partner with Penn Foster to allow more opportunities for our technicians. Most of our technicians are LVTs or CVTs and some have been with us for over ten years.

What you need to excel at BluePearl:
• DVM/VMD degree required.
• Completion of a rotating internship or residency in emergency and critical care preferred but not required.
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in this state.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, with the ability to make rapid and accurate assessments in emergency situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate bedside manner.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
