Key Responsibilities
• Conduct various tests and verifications on electro and electromechanical equipment as per instructions and procedures.
• Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical testing on parts and components.
• Verify circuitry and test components in amplifiers and electronic equipment.
• Troubleshoot circuits and components using schematic drawings.
• Utilize various test equipment for diagnostics such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers.
• Set up and perform tests according to specifications.
• Troubleshoot analog and digital circuit malfunctions to the micro component level.
• Provide detailed failure descriptions and root cause analysis.
• Adhere to company guidelines, policies, and procedures for a safe work environment.
Requirements
• Education: Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications: Vocational training or apprenticeships in a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
Skills
• Strong electrical background with knowledge of microelectronics.
• Proficient in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting circuits and components.
• Good reading and comprehension skills for regulations and instructions.
• Analytical abilities in determining methods and procedures.
• Effective oral and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows software applications.
Note: Regular attendance is required, including potential for night and weekend shifts. Additional hours may be necessary based on workload.
