What makes the culture at Providence unique?
Transcript
The culture at Providence is unique because you have older people that works with younger people. You also have a melting pot from different cultures, different stages, people are at different stages in their life, so everybody’s bringing something to the team as far as experience, or just knowledge, or just humor. I think that’s one of the things that make us so unique and make this department or this hospital as unique as it is because you’re not just walking around and seeing one set of people. You’re seeing people from different cultures, and that make us so special and unique.
