Duke Health, Duke Cancer Institute, and the Department of Medicine’s Division of Medical Oncology is recruiting Clinician/Educators and Clinical Associates at our Duke Raleigh campus & Wake County community settings in several different solid tumor programs.
Positions available at Duke Raleigh Hospital in Raleigh, NC:
• Clinician/Educator (90-100% clinical; 0-10% academic)
• Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology required
• Faculty appointment = Regular rank appointment (Assistant Professor) or Non-regular rank appointment (Clinical Associate)
• Disease focus = Disease concentration in Genitourinary (GU) Malignancies, but with ability to consult on all solid tumors and hematology (benign and malignant)
• Clinical responsibilities include:
• Outpatient Clinic and Coverage of Infusion Services at Duke Raleigh Cancer Center or Duke Cary Cancer Center
• Inpatient Consultation on Hematology/Oncology Service (staffed by Hospitalists)
• Academic responsibilities include:
• Clinical Research
• Education = teaching of fellows in the outpatient setting
