The Opportunity
• The Digital Small Business GTM team (DSB) mission is to empower small businesses seeking creativity and productivity software to thrive and grow by providing tailored subscription plans that prospects and customers can try, buy, use and manage effortlessly.
• The purpose of DSB team is to significantly accelerate growth of Adobe’s small business customer segment by defining and applying innovative digital strategies to journey prospects to business subscription plans via Adobe.com and adjacent digital surfaces.
• In this role, you will be an execution focused GTM lead driving Creative Cloud for Teams (CCT) growth for our SMB segment with a WW lens. You will have strong perspective on customer data and business trends that translate into impactful recommendations and actions. This role is highly cross functional and will collaborate across several organizations to ensure goal alignment and strong execution that drives business success.
What You’ll Do
• Priority on building core Book of Business growth through seat growth, migration, product utilization and churn reduction
• Has focus on driving take up of Emerging Products, through acquisition based motions or combined with core CC customers to build customer value, such as add ons, cross sell
• Key journeys for existing customers and engagement that drives value for customer
• Works with partners across surface level experiences, including in-app, admin console, and primary vehicles for connecting with admin and users, and partnership with category PMM’s and Growth Teams
• Measures performance against financial objectives and incremental uplifts
• Identify improvement areas, brings ideas, customer messaging and measurable opportunities
• Look for ways to improve or scale motions such as messaging, launch engagement emails and engagement series
What You’ll Need To Succeed
• Qualifications with 5+ years GTM, commerce, software, management consulting, or business analytics experience
• Data driven with strong analytical skills and an ability to quickly turn data into actionable insights
• Experience pulling data from multiple sources using Tableau, Power BI, Web Analytics, and SQL
• Strong understanding of digital business models and how to test and optimize customer experiences to deliver results
• Understanding of customer journey metrics and how they translate into ARR
• Proven track record to build cross functional partnerships with key teams including Product Marketing, Growth, Platform/Engineering, and Program/Project Management
• Outstanding communication and social skills with the desire and ability to take a stand and advocate a course of action, highly eloquent, makes arguments in a compelling manner
• Enjoys being part of a diverse team and with a great sense of humour
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $116,700 — $217,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
