This is an onsite position with local travel between two client sites that are close.
Purpose: The purpose of this role is to coordinate the documentation and archiving of historical Training Records. There is a total of nine (9) file drawers located in our Lake County offices.
Responsibilities
Building travel required at the client site
Document and archive each Training folder
Fill in folder details on MS Excel Spreadsheet
Documented folders to be placed into appropriate records storage boxes and sent offsite for storage
Qualifications
Proficient with MS Excel
Good organizational skill set
Excellent time management
Should be comfortable with repetitive tasks for long periods of time
Required training prior to project start will be assigned and must be completed prior to beginning work.
Detailed oriented.
Able to follow a specific process
Must be able to lift up to 20 lb boxes
Needs to have a high school diploma or GED.
Prepares, edits, files, assembles documentation such as reports or technical documents, records, or correspondence. Maintains numerical, alphabetical, chronological and/or subject filing system. Responsible for file maintenance and record keeping; locates and removes file material upon request.
