The Opportunity
Do you want to play a role in supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) at Keysight, while expanding your knowledge and experience? Here’s your opportunity! Keysight’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team is seeking a program specialist for our summer 2025 internship program. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is motivated, focused, creative and passionate about DEI. You will work closely with the corporate DEI team to support program initiatives, collaborate with key partners, and contribute ideas.
As a DEI Program Specialist, you will work alongside DEI team members on initiatives in support of the organization’s DEI vision to make Keysight a workplace where every employee feels heard, has a sense of belonging, and is empowered to innovate at the highest level. You will gain hands-on experience as you contribute to the corporate DEI strategy, working on projects and programs that advance access to STEM opportunities. Your work will enable Keysight to attract, recruit, and hire a diverse workforce, and foster an inclusive environment for all employees.

What You’ll Do
• Collaborate with the DEI Director and DEI Program Manager to advance Keysight’s DEI efforts
• Shadow and support planning and execution of key initiatives, including community and partnership development, recruiting, employee engagement and training, external communications, and more
• Contribute to internal communications such as newsletter articles, blogs, and employee messages
• Research DEI trends, tools, and prepare reports
• Partner with DEI team to develop DEI brand campaign concepts
Qualifications
Job Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university studying business, marketing, HR, journalism, liberal arts (including cross-cultural or gender studies), or related field
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English
• Interest in project management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow through on assigned tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is preferred but not required
Keysight Internship Program Requirements
Candidates who wish to be considered must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university as of September 2025. Applicants who have graduated before September 2025 will not be considered unless they are starting a MS or PHD program after graduating.
Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position. Candidates who now or at any point in the future require sponsorship for employment (Not Internship) visa status (e.g., H-1B Visa status) may not be considered.
California Pay Range: $22.65 – $29.62 per hour
Salary based on experience, education and skills, most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed above.
Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region.
