Job Description
Director, Wireless Operations AM&D Heart (Malvern, PA or Hamilton, NJ)
The Director of the Wireless Operations will provide direct and indirect support for our staff at multiple Independent Diagnostic Testing Facilities (IDTF) throughout the United States that provide remote cardiac monitoring services.
Your role:
• Oversee the operations of the Wireless Monitoring business, which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
• Ensure wireless monitoring services are provided based on the constant fluctuation of sales volumes, to include core elements of staffing and the provision of care, treatment and services related to each other through an integrated and cyclical process that may occur over minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, or years.
• Evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience, with a focus on quality and efficiency metrics.
• Monitor employee quality, productivity, and attendance, implementing necessary changes, conducting regular staff meetings, and providing mentorship to direct reports.
• Travel is required for this position on a quarterly basis.
You’re the right fit if:
• You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in an operational leadership role. Experience in managing multiple sites or within the medical field is preferred.
• Your skills include an expertise in business strategy, KPI/quality management, decision-making, team leadership and development, and the capacity to offer assistance while fulfilling deadlines are among your strong suits.
• You have a bachelor’s degree; master’s degree is preferred.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
• You’re an excellent communicator (both verbal and written) and a demonstrated ability to drive change are essential. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, possesses strong listening skills and patience, and has a keen ability to identify and address problems.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $108,000 to $196,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Malvern, PA or Hamilton, NJ.
