Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Financial Services, Public Institutions, and Life Sciences Sales teams to drive forecasting accuracy, streamline sales processes, and enhance overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Forecasting & Data Management:
Drive the forecasting process and partner with the sales team to improve forecast accuracy.
Oversee SFDC data hygiene processes to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Reporting & Analysis
Create and maintain a monthly sales team/vertical reporting package template, incorporating key metrics such as sales results vs. target, win rates, pipeline growth, and growth strategies.
Work with the Reporting and Business Analysis team to generate and analyze sales performance reports.
Collaboration & Communication
Partner with sales leaders and stakeholders to develop performance reporting and action plans.
Support communication plans and deliverables for key stakeholders.
Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to drive operational priorities and support various programs.
Process Improvement
Collaborate with other functions to streamline processes and address issues.
Share insights and successes with the broader team to drive global improvements.
Role Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
2-4 years of experience in sales operations with a proven track record of success.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
Strong Salesforce Skills And Experience In Program Management.
Proficiency in creating executive presentations and reports.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Extensive knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and technology.
Compensation
The estimated compensation for this position ranges from $155,000 to $165,000 per year. This range includes potential bonuses and is based on factors such as education, experience, and location.
