We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Fragrance Sales Director. In this role you will be responsible for achieving sales budget and driving profitable business growth for a global account with focus on personal care & fabric as secondary category. I addition owning accountability for a portfolio of local and regional consumer fragrance accounts through outstanding service and relationship management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Proactively generate and grow business opportunities for assigned MANE accounts by interfacing with key decision makers
• Establish & nourish effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external partners at various levels
• Develop & maintain a thorough knowledge of client needs, brand & market strategies
• to identify product white spaces and unlock sales opportunities
• Drive end-to-end sales process from brief to contract, provide feedback and after sales support
• Monitor market trends/fragrance industry news and competitive landscape in close collaboration with category
• Develop, communicate and implement sales strategy & account plans including value propositions to meet & exceed sales targets
• Establish sales and revenue projections including budgeting and forecasting
• Position MANE as partner of choice through compelling presentations of capabilities, value add service and USP
• Manage & execute complex and demanding projects by taking a lead role within cross-functional & cross-regional teams
• Monitor and adhere to expense budgets and profitability goals
• Determines priority and effort given to each account based on sales potential and sales maintenance in close collaboration with Management
• Handle special tasks and projects as requested in order to meet company objectives
• Consistent with MANE’s environmental commitments, every employee shall actively participate in relevant education/training based upon corporate and local environmental objectives. Management shall support and facilitate the actions within their teams to effectively and adequately implement environmental policies, procedures and practices, as well as promote continual improvement consistent with environmental goals.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s Degree required with MBA or advanced technical degree desired
• 10+ years of related sales experience in fragrance or FMCG industry
• Proven sales track record in Personal Care industry
• In depth market & industry knowledge
• Olfactive Training & Knowledge
• Experience with technically challenging projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
