DBS (Danaher Business System) COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

You will work closely with Commercial, Service and Marketing teams across all Regions on a global scale and you will be a key & strategic enabler of Commercial performance with exposure to Leica Microsystems leadership team. You will have tangible impact on our business results to support evolution of our commercial teams.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Danaher Business Systems (DBS) is Danaher’s proprietary continuous improvement system. The Director of Global Commercial DBS is leading the development and the successful implementation of DBS tools, playbooks, and activities across the commercial functions (Sales, Marketing and Service)
• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the DBS culture, mindset, and capabilities development within the global commercial organization. In-addition, the Director will act as a thought partner for the regional commercial GMs and SVP of commercial operations.
• Define and prioritize the annual continuous improvement plan by leveraging the various DBS playbooks in collaboration with commercial leaders and regional commercial DBS leaders
• Work with leaders across the commercial organization to prioritize continuous improvement activities with focus on delivering strategic plan breakthroughs and performance of key metrics.
YOUR PROFILE
• Minimum 10 years within commercial roles such as sales, service, and marketing
• Prior DBS/continuous improvement leadership experience with commercial responsibilities
• Proven ability to successfully manage projects with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in working in matrix international organization, leading through indirect influence.
• Experience in change management and driving cultural transformation.
• Master’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing or equivalent
• Certifications in continuous improvement and hands-on experience implementing related tools.

The salary range for this role is 180,000-250,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
