Unit DescriptionDo you strive to create amazing culinary experiences?As a Director of Culinary Offer Implementation with Sodexo’s Airport Lounge Segment, your passion for culinary innovation, technical skill-sets, and practical abilities position you to implement and oversee strategic culinary programs and operations for an exciting new start up business portfolio.This is a hands-on director role that will spend approximately three days a week traveling within the lounges to strengthen culinary presence and work within culinary teams to achieve and exceed culinary targets and goals. In this role, you will exercise high-level tactical skills in developing culinary strategies and dynamic programming, as well as vetting new recipes and innovative concepts in the field. As a leader in the field with a proven commitment to food service excellence, you will play a vital role in setting and implementing culinary standards and providing crucial support and guidance ranging from best in class menus, dining execution, training, costing and product rationalization.This position is virtual and will office from your home office with the preferred candidate residing East Coast near a major city! There is up to 50% travel.Is this opportunity right for you?
