**Opportunity Overview**
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team, with the potential for a permanent position in 2025, contingent upon performance and the availability of a full-time opportunity. This role is designed to be hybrid in format, incorporating three days in the office and the remainder working remotely.
• *Position Responsibilities**
The primary focus of this role is to support a range of projects aimed at acquiring new customers and enhancing engagement and retention among existing customers. You will play a vital part in ensuring that marketing strategies are executed effectively, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
• *Qualifications and Experience Requirements**
• **Paid Search Expertise**: 2-3 years of experience in paid search, particularly in results-oriented programs that successfully integrate brand marketing with performance marketing.
• **Retail/Ecommerce Insight**: A proven track record of driving results through shopping campaigns, such as Product Listing Ads (PLAs) and Local Inventory Ads (LIAs).
• **Proficiency in SEM Tools**: Advanced knowledge of one or more search engine marketing (SEM) tools, including hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360 (SA360), and Adobe products.
• **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Experience in utilizing data and metrics to measure impact, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize search performance.
• **Understanding of Key Concepts**: Familiarity with automation, search audiences, privacy regulations, and experience in optimizing towards Cost per Acquisition (CPA) or Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) goals.
• **Collaborative Approach**: Involvement with SEO and product teams to enhance outcomes from Total Search strategies.
• **Technical Proficiency**: Comfort with data and technology that enables effective audience targeting, triggering, and measurement.
• **Strong Skills**: Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• *Educational Background**
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, ideally in business or a related field, though candidates with similar educational backgrounds will also be considered.
