We are a dentist recruiting company working with a very reputable office that is seeking an associate dentist. This private office has wonderful online reviews (4.9 stars out of over 400 reviews!) and has been in the community for many years.
They have a very productive schedule already as their associate is leaving on good terms soon. The office has a wonderful team of assistants and hygienists.
They are seeking a full time or a part time dentist, depending on preference. They would consider a new grad as they can offer excellent mentoring. A newer dentist can expect to earn close to 250K per year and if a dentist does molar endo, or places implants, they could earn 450K or more! There isn’t another office within 45 minutes doing the more advanced procedures, so there is tremendous opportunity!
The office has a mix of PPOs and Fee for Service. The office is a modern one, with digital x-rays, paperless charting and iTero scanner.
General dentistry procedures is all that is required but if proficient in more advanced procedures that is a plus. Ideally some endo and extractions would be beneficial.

Associate Requirements
Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
State license to practice dentistry.
CPR certification.
Proven experience working in a dental practice.
The ability to use various dental instruments and equipment.
The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
The ability to work in a team.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Excellent communication skills.
