Position Summary
Owns demand planning and forecasting process for the Milo’s portfolio across customers, delivering best-in-class solutions and capabilities to enhance statistical models and improve forecast accuracy.
Responsibilities:
• Identify tools, capabilities and data gaps to optimize the statistical forecasting model and improve forecast accuracy
• Help lead monthly demand review process, overseeing the generation and reconciliation of 12-24 month rolling forecast as part of S&OP
• Monitor sales trends, inventory levels, market conditions and other macro factors to guide demand shape
• Collaborate with marketing, finance and sales business partners to understand changes in demand forecast drivers and identify volume risks/opportunities
• Monitor and analyze KPIs, identifying forecast variances and proposing solutions to address opportunity areas
Supervisory :
• This position has supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ Years of Demand Planning and Forecasting experience, CPG or Retailer experience preferred
• High data aptitude and analytic skills, with deep understanding of the demand planning process and forecasting models
• Strong communication and management skills, with ability to collaborate cross-functionally
