Position: Deli and Grocery Team Member

Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time

Compensation: Starting at $19/hr plus tips

Job Responsibilities:

– Provide friendly and attentive service to all customers, ensuring an exceptional experience.

– Prepare sandwiches, salads and menu items according to our recipes and standards.

– Slice, weigh, and package meats and cheeses with precision and care.

– Assist customers in selecting the perfect ingredients and products from our shelves.

– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli counter, dining area, and grocery shelves.

– Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Uphold the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications:

– Passion for fresh cuisine, with a genuine enthusiasm for sharing it with others.

– Previous experience in a deli, grocery, or food service environment preferred but not required.

– Excellent communication skills.

– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

– Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.

– Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
