Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a variety of general liability cases, including personal injury, premises liability, auto, construction, and habitability claims
Conduct discovery, take depositions, prepare motions, and engage in trial preparation
Demonstrate strong litigation skills and the ability to manage complex cases
Collaborate effectively with team members and clients
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in defense litigation
Proven experience in general liability cases
Proficient in conducting discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
CA Bar License and residency in California are required
