Primary Purpose
This role will assist in the area of crossing customer and supplier part numbers to ORS Part Numbers, quoting items for customers using both Trend and the Quotes tool, clean up and polishing of the template, analysis, and operational support for sales and associated customer service groups.
Major Responsibilities
• Identifying and crossing Customer and Supplier Part Numbers to ORS Part Numbers.
• Use Trend and Quotes tool to produce a professional quote to the customer.
• Collects, analyzes, and reports customer part numbers and log them for loading in the system for future efficiencies in the quoting process
• Understands and demonstrates ORS Nasco Core Values.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills/Knowledge Required
• Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Excel required; Entry skills with all other MS Office applications.
• Ability to access, understand and report out data via Trend and Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, associates and management.
Education And Experience
• Experience in the Industry is required
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant job experience is preferred.
