Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry as a Data Entry Clerk. The position is located in New York, New York, United States. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be tasked with a range of responsibilities, primarily focusing on data entry and customer service.

Responsibilities
• Assisting in the processing of customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Ensuring the maintenance of precise customer credit records
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking relevant action when necessary
• Utilizing your skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and organization of files
• Employing your 10 Key Skills for performing calculations and other tasks
• Handling email correspondence in a professional and timely manner
• Scanning and organizing files as part of your daily duties
• Typing accurately and efficiently to ensure data integrity
• Ensuring all tasks are completed in a detail-oriented manner.

Requirements
• Proficiency in 10 Key Skills
• Proven Customer Service skills
• Prior experience in Data Entry
• Ability to manage Email Correspondence effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Experience in Organizing Files
• Ability to Perform Calculations
• Experience in Scanning documents
• Excellent Typing skills
