Description
We are offering a Part time contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Cheshire, Connecticut. This role mainly involves data entry tasks and customer service in the telecom industry. The selected candidate will be expected to perform data entry tasks, customer service, and email correspondence using Microsoft Excel, proprietary software, and other relevant tools.
Responsibilities
• Accurately entering data into relevant databases, ensuring high levels of data integrity
• Utilizing 10 Key Skills for rapid and accurate data entry
• Providing excellent customer service, resolving inquiries and handling complaints promptly and professionally
• Corresponding with customers and team members via email, ensuring clear and effective communication
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel to organize data and perform calculations
• Operating proprietary software to manage, organize, and access data
• Organizing files in a logical and manageable manner
• Scanning and digitizing physical documents for easy access and data entry
• Typing with speed and accuracy to ensure data is entered correctly
• Possessing bilingual skills to cater to a diverse customer base.
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or relevant industry
• Proficient in 10 Key Skills
• Demonstrated expertise in Data Entry
• Proven experience in Customer Service
• Ability to effectively manage Email Correspondence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in Organizing Files and documents
• Ability to Perform Calculations with accuracy
• Experience with Scanning physical documents into digital formats
• Proficient in Typing with high speed and accuracy.
