Description
We are offering an opportunity for a Data Reporting Analyst in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin. As a Data Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for verifying and inputting data, managing your personal projects, and ensuring accurate documentation. This role is significant in our team’s operations and requires the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities
• Operate data entry devices such as a keyboard or computer to verify and input data.
• Ensure the accuracy of data before it is entered and locate and correct data entry errors.
• Compare data with source documents or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
• Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
• Read source documents such as canceled checks sales reports or bills and enter data in specific data fields or onto tapes or disks for subsequent entry using keyboards or scanners.
• Utilize computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Accurately document and record customer/client information.
• Show proficiency in data entry, documentation, Microsoft Excel, Policy, Microsoft Word, project management, scanning, check processing, time management, log maintenance, verification, interpersonal skills, literature, written communication, marine, computer programs, keyboard skills, sales analysis & reporting, and procedure documents.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Data Entry and Documentation is essential
• Demonstrable expertise in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Familiarity with company Policy and Project Management principles
• Experience with the software ‘About Time’ is required
• Proven skills in Scanning and Check Processing
• Ability to efficiently Maintain Logs and perform Verification tasks
• Strong Interpersonal Skills are necessary
• Knowledge of Literature and Written Communication is beneficial
• Familiarity with Marine industry or related fields could be advantageous
• Proficiency in Computer Programs and Keyboard Skills
• Experience in Sales Analysis & Reporting
• Ability to create and manage Procedure Documents
• Excellent Time Management skills.
