Responsibilities
What’s a typical day as a Call Center Representative? You’ll be:
• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer concerns in a professional and friendly manner
• Providing accurate and timely information to customers
• Identifying and escalating issues to Senior Agents when necessary
• Performing data entry and maintaining customer records accurately
• Collaborating with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Adhering to company policies and procedures
• Striving to meet or exceed performance targets and goals
Qualifications
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have a minimum of 1 year of call center experience
• Have excellent data entry and typing skills
• Have strong customer service experience
• Have effective verbal and written communication skills
• Can multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Are proficient in using computer systems and navigating software applications
• Have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
