Malone Workforce Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Representative that is responsible for entering, monitoring, and tracking installs, start-ups, and special programs, claims/invoicing/start-up paperwork, maintains order information filing system.
Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $17/hr
Essential Job Functions:
• Entering, monitoring, and tracking of customer purchase orders.
• Maintain order information filing system.
• Analyzes customer service needs and refers to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed.
Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma, with a minimum of one year of experience in product or customer service is required.
• Intermediate computer skills required.
• Familiar and able to work with Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic planning and problem solving/analytical skills.
• Accurate, detail oriented and organized.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Able to function in a fast-paced environment coping with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
• Normal office environment; must be able to sit for long periods of time.
