Pay: $16.00 to $17.00 an hour

Description: LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team in Mt. Orab, Ohio. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients’ customers. This position offers the opportunity for advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous customer service experience is required of 1 to 2 years
