As a Client Advocacy Marketing Manager at Recorded Future, you will lead the way in highlighting our clients’ success stories. By showcasing the value of our products through authentic client experiences and testimonials, you will drive the creation of high-impact marketing assets and manage our client reference programs. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success teams to integrate these stories into broader marketing strategies, supporting our product marketing, demand generation, and field marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand’s reputation and influence.
What You’ll Do As Customer Advocacy Manager
• Build and nurture client relationships to identify advocates.
• Create marketing assets from client experiences and testimonials that showcase value.
• Develop deep knowledge of existing client content to support marketing initiatives.
• Manage the client reference program and database.
• Collect reviews for third-party sites (e.g., Gartner Peer Insights, G2).
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success for case studies and interviews.
• Maintain metrics around prominent clients who use Recorded Future.
• Collaborate with Legal to integrate client advocacy into contracts.
• Source clients for digital and in-person events.
What You’ll Bring As Customer Advocacy Manager
• 2+ years in marketing, preferably in client advocacy, product marketing, brand marketing, or content marketing.
• Proactive and able to manage projects independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and collaborate with senior stakeholders and executives.
• Proven success with executive-level customers.
• Strong storytelling, program management, and communication skills.
• Strong agency/vendor management skills.
• Cybersecurity industry experience preferred.
