To make an impact as a CT technologist at UF Health Shands, you’ll perform computerized tomographic procedures for diagnosis and treatment, demonstrating independent judgment, creativity and initiative. You’ll combine your technical expertise with patient care skills to deliver accurate and compassionate care to patients undergoing CT scans.
To achieve excellence in this full-time role, we’re looking for:
• A current license from the state of Florida as a certified radiologic technologist.
• Successful completion of radiologic technology training at a CAHEA-approved school.
• Candidates must meet the registry requirements set by the ARRT and be registered by the ARRT.
• At least one year of experience as a radiologic technologist is strongly preferred.
• Must pass the ARRT advanced examination for CT certification within one year of employment as a CT technologist.
• Current BLS certification.
