How you’ll make an impact:
As a Creative Production Coordinator, you will play a critical role in creative operations by working to effectively streamline the daily workflow of advertising production at SiriusXM Media. You must demonstrate excellent skills in written and verbal communication, organization, project management, and critical thinking, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and demanding deadlines. You should be familiar with the advertising and broadcast worlds.
What you’ll do:
Coordinate audio and podcast advertising requests by:
• Reviewing incoming creative briefs, assets, and ad products
• Collaborating with Client Services to review incoming requests, efficiently organize task assets, and determine priority and production deadlines
• Assigning requests to in-house producers and copywriters, working to manage team workflow and facilitate production communication as needed
• Identifying, editing, and occasionally writing effective audio and visual advertising copy
• Trafficking podcast ad creative in collaboration with Clients Services and Ad Operations
• Support training efforts and external communications with key company partners to promote successful audio and display production requests and creative development
• Support additional project management efforts within Audio and Display Production, such as:
• Contributing to ad creative team strategic initiatives and projects
• Coordinating production for custom audio and display projects beyond daily advertising needs
• Gathering and assessing production data to develop and improve workflow systems and communication
What you’ll need:
• 2-3 years creative operations experience, ideally in broadcast or digital advertising
• BA/BS or relevant work experience
• High attention to detail and organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to remain focused when handling multiple projects
• Highly responsive and service-oriented attitude
• Driven self-starter who enjoys working independently and in a collaborative team environment
• Spanish fluency (written and spoken) desired, but not a requirement
• Passion for audio, design, advertising, podcasts, and music!
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Basic understanding of Photoshop, file types, fonts, and resolution is a plus
• Project management software, Atlassian Confluence and JIRA, are a plus
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $58,000 to $75,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
