Join our staff and provide the finest cuisine in health care. As our cook in the Main Kitchen be responsible in preparing meats, vegetables, hot cereals, soups etc. Follow recipes and specifications using correct methods of preparation and equipment. Meet scheduled deadlines for delivery and service and maintain cleanliness and safety of work area and equipment.
The shift for this position 3:45am-5:00pm every other weekend.
Preferred Criteria
• Graduate from a formal technical school specializing in volume cooking or culinary experience
• Experience in high quality hot and cold food preparation
Required Criteria
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience as a cook.
