Primary Job Responsibilities Include:

· Prepare financial statements, insuring 100% accuracy

· Assists in developing budgets and forecasts

· Audit/Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions

· Develop and monitor expense policy and expenses

· Manage relationship with CPA firm

· Manage bookkeeper

· Develop and deliver weekly KPI reports for the company and teams

· Recover failed payments and outstanding AR with the highest level of customer care

· Manage HR functions of time clock, payroll, vacation tracking, and new hire paperwork

· Manages assets and internal controls

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

· BS in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is a plus but not necessary.

· Proven experience as a Controller or similar role, with a focus on AR and AP management.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

· Proficiency in using accounting software, expense management software, payroll software.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience in process improvement and implementing financial controls.

· Some experience with HR regulations.

· Experience with business intelligence software systems is a plus.
