We’re looking for a Content Production Associate to join our creative team and help bring our brand’s story to life.
Job Description:
The Content Production Associate will play a key role in supporting all aspects of our content creation process. From brainstorming fresh ideas to assisting with filming, you’ll be involved in every step of production. This role is perfect for someone with a strong interest in content creation, who is comfortable working behind and in front of the camera. Editing skills are a plus but not required, as you’ll receive guidance from our creative team. This is a dynamic, hands-on position ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop new content ideas
• Assist in setting up, filming, and managing production logistics during shoots
• Occasionally appear in Milky content, so comfortability in front of the camera is required
• Help with post-production tasks such as organizing footage and supporting the editing process
• Manage production schedules and ensure shoots run smoothly
• Assist with props, lighting, and sound during content creation
• Maintain an organized inventory of content production equipment and materials
• Provide general support for all content production functions as needed
Qualifications:
• Experience or strong interest in content production
• Comfortable working both behind and in front of the camera
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Basic understanding of video production and social media trends
• Editing skills are a plus, but not required
Work Schedule:
• Part-time position (2 days a week in-office)
• Location: Culver City, CA
Compensation:
• $20-$25/hour
