Content Capture Producer, Production Fulltime

Get Engaged Media is seeking a dynamic Content Capture Producer to join our

team, focusing primarily on creating engaging content for consumer packaged goods (CPG)

brands. This role involves producing high-quality social media content, including vertical form

videos, and managing the entire production process from concept through delivery.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute innovative content strategies for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.) to enhance brand engagement
• Travel to content shoots and oversee the production process, ensuring alignment with brand goals and client expectations
• Collaborate closely with Team Supervisors, Account Managers, and Clients to ensure seamless integration and execution of content
• Stay abreast of the latest social media trends and technologies to continually innovate and improve content delivery
• Manage logistics for both small and large-scale productions, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Edit content in multiple formats, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with the brand’s ethos
• Maintain organized workflows to meet deadlines and client specifications, managing multiple projects concurrently

Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in production/editing, with a proven track record of producing content for digital platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle high-pressure situations with tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and experience with graphic elements, color correction, and audio mixing
• Willingness to travel frequently and work on-site at various locations as required
