A prestigious law firm located in the East Bay is currently seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join their team! My client is a group of very talented attorneys that are widely recognized for their work in real estate. This is a collegial work environment, a cohesive culture with very little turnover. Right now, they are seeking an individual with 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. In-house attorneys are welcome to apply!
Ideal Background Qualifications
• 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions: Leasing, acquisition and disposition, land use, etc.
• Must be licensed to practice in CA.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• The firm offers a flexible hybrid schedule, advancement opportunities, a full suite of benefits, and an excellent bonus structure.
• Open to applicants coming from in-house positions or corporate law practice
• Salary is BOE: $160-215k
