Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Litigation Attorney with a focus on Real Estate & Construction. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in Real Estate Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Construction Litigation.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research to analyze applicable laws and regulations.
• Write legal briefs and memorandums.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Prepare pleadings and review legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediations.
• Provide legal advice to clients regarding disputes.
• Stay up to date on legal developments and changes in the law.
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar in good standing.
• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, and/or Construction Litigation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Billables are 1850 and we are open to more Senior (15+ years) commercial litigators as well!
