Are you a customer service superstar with a knack for building strong client relationships? We are seeking a diligent and experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team on a permanent basis. You will play a crucial role in our organization, providing stellar service to our commercial clients and helping them navigate their insurance needs with ease.
Responsibilities
As a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include
• Providing top-notch customer service to our valued commercial clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Managing a portfolio of commercial clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with them, and ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Processing endorsements, certificates, proposals, and renewals, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date.
• Working closely with our underwriting team to negotiate policy terms and conditions on behalf of our clients.
• Regularly reviewing client accounts and recommending appropriate coverage changes based on their unique business needs.
• Staying abreast of industry trends and changes in commercial insurance products to provide the most accurate and relevant advice to our clients.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative position will possess the following qualifications
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in property and casualty insurance, specifically in a commercial lines customer service role.
• Proficiency in managing client relationships, with a proven track record of maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including endorsements, certificates, proposals, and renewals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively handle difficult client situations.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using insurance software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A current Property and Casualty Insurance license is preferred.
