Expectations of the Commercial Account Manager:
As our Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial accounts, providing exceptional service to our valued clients, and contributing to the overall success of our agency.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional insurance products.
• Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries and requests.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
• Property & Casualty license required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in commercial insurance required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
