Collections Representative Fulltime

Kohl’s is immediately hiring full-time Collections Representatives to join our team! Starting Pay $18.00-$21.00 based on experience

The Collections Representative is a key member of the Kohl’s team, responsible for:
• Support inbound and outbound calls to customers in an attempt to bring their Kohl’s Card account current.
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering excellent customer experience
• Actively listen to customers’ needs and appropriately communicate a resolution
• Deliver consistent customer experience for one or more lines of business through attention to detail and creative problem solving
• Resolve customer concerns, including Kohl’s charge inquiries and payments, and collections on early to advanced levels of delinquency
• Utilize advanced negotiation techniques and partner with past due customers to establish acceptable payment arrangements
• QUALIFICATIONS
• REQUIRED
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in a customer service environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to interact well with others in a team oriented environment
• Adaptive and flexible to changing technologies, processes and environments
• PREFERRED
• Previous inbound/outbound call center experience

Start Date (Orientation on-site) : September 23, 2024 – 8:00am – 5:00pm

Training (3-4 weeks on-site): Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)

Work Schedule:
• Tuesday – Saturday 9:00am – 6:00pm
