What is your favorite part about your team?
Transcript
My favorite part about my team is that from nurses, to techs, to doctors, nobody ever leaves anyone else hanging. It’s a really collaborative work environment, and everyone’s gonna chip in and do what they can outside of their pod or outside of their assignments to achieve the best results for our patients. So when I have a cardiac alert, and a trauma alert, and a stroke alert, I don’t even have to ask, someone on my team is already jumping in, ’cause they want to help start a line, or do whatever they can to expedite things, and they know they can count on me to do the same thing for them. It’s a great team dynamic where I never feel like I’m an island unable to achieve what I need to do for my patients.
